Our Vision
No business owner should have to face uncertainty due to a lack of resources at their disposal. The One Million Dreams Foundation aims to take that uncertainty out of the picture for black women-owned businesses. The foundation assists entrepreneurs who have an existing small businesses and equips them with the necessary tools and resources they require to grow and sustain a profitable business.
Our Value Statement
We are an empowerment-focused foundation passionate about engaging black-owned businesses with best practices that enable them to achieve sustainable growth through the maximum utilization of tools and resources made available to them by programs offered through the foundation.
Over the last 6 years we have helped more than 4,000 businesses through our annual conference, MogulCon, business accelerators and 1:1 business coaching. The economic impact of our services has generated over $100 Million (USD) in contracts with the help of our partners and stakeholders. This eco-system has has empowered the businesses we serve to become competitive in the global marketplace, as well as create jobs and opportunities that will contribute to the communities where they live, work and play.
In 2022, the foundation signed a strategic alliance memorandum with the Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide additional resources and services that support the advancement of black entrepreneurs.

To assist one million, black women-owned businesses with the resources and relationships they need to build profitable and sustainable businesses globally.
The Foundation’s Core Tenets Are:
- To empower black-owned businesses, through executive leadership, small business development along with successful partnerships;
- To create an eco-system that promotes economic opportunities, synergistic relationships and builds strategic partnerships that deliver value to everyone involved;
- To help black-owned businesses scale their existing capacity to create economic opportunities for others in the community;
- To establish successful supply chain networks locally and globally;
- To collaborate with government agencies, corporations, municipalities, and prime suppliers to achieve sustained diverse supplier participation within their organizations.
