Reneé Smith, President & CEO of iSuccess Consulting, Inc. uses her entrepreneurial experience and expertise of more than twenty years to help businesses and corporations increase their competitive advantage by focusing on three key areas: leadership, lean processes, and leveraged products. She has helped small businesses secure more than $30 million in capital to scale their business. Past and present clients include Georgia Power, Delta Air Lines, YMCA, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, DeKalb County Board of Health, GSA, City of Atlanta, and numerous thriving small to mid-level businesses.

Reneé has served as a business expert in various publications, including Cosmopolitan, The Atlanta Tribune, and Entrepreneur magazine. She holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree from Georgia State University. T. Reneé is a certified Executive and Business Coach and a member of International Coach Federation. She is the best-selling author of two business and personal development books. T. Reneé resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and children.

As Director of Administrative Services, Cierra Minnifield is in charge of coordinating the organization’s administration system and general daily workflows. She manages facilitating communication throughout the organization internally as well as externally. She loves developing procedures that make the foundation more efficient. Cierra also manages vendors to include daily operations.

Audra T. Jones, M.B.A. hails from Cleveland, Ohio where she lives and serves as an author, speaker, entrepreneur, and educator.  Audra serves in an advisory position as Sr. Grant Writer for The One Million Dreams Foundation For Black Women and Girls.

Audra has over 20 years of experience providing strategic communications counsel to business owners and industry leaders who are interested in growing and protecting the value of their reputations and companies through authentic communication efforts.

Audra is a philanthropist and advocate for the advancement of small business ownership. She is skilled in grant writing, strategic planning, collaborative and equitable connections. She has proven experience working with small to mid-sized firms consulting on program development, writing grants and proposals, conducting prospect research, and developing fundraising plans.

Tanja Lewis-Ottley is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. With more than 20 years of experience, Tanja manages all financial functions to include accounting, billing, reconciling, budget development and tracking, financial operations, finance personnel management, as well as projections on individual project budgets, grant budgets, and capital improvement budget.
