As Director of Administrative Services, Cierra Minnifield is in charge of coordinating the organization’s administration system and general daily workflows. She manages facilitating communication throughout the organization internally as well as externally. She loves developing procedures that make the foundation more efficient. Cierra also manages vendors to include daily operations.

Audra T. Jones, M.B.A. hails from Cleveland, Ohio where she lives and serves as an author, speaker, entrepreneur, and educator. Audra serves in an advisory position as Sr. Grant Writer for The One Million Dreams Foundation For Black Women and Girls.
Audra has over 20 years of experience providing strategic communications counsel to business owners and industry leaders who are interested in growing and protecting the value of their reputations and companies through authentic communication efforts.
Audra is a philanthropist and advocate for the advancement of small business ownership. She is skilled in grant writing, strategic planning, collaborative and equitable connections. She has proven experience working with small to mid-sized firms consulting on program development, writing grants and proposals, conducting prospect research, and developing fundraising plans.
Tanja Lewis-Ottley
Tanja Lewis-Ottley is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. With more than 20 years of experience, Tanja manages all financial functions to include accounting, billing, reconciling, budget development and tracking, financial operations, finance personnel management, as well as projections on individual project budgets, grant budgets, and capital improvement budget.
